These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the seller, the company FIRCAMA s. r. o. which is operator of website PyroGate.EU (hereinafter the “Seller”) and customers of PyroGate.EU (hereinafter the “Buyer(s)”).
The Buyer is obliged to get acquainted with Warranty General Terms and Conditions of Sale before ordering any goods from PyroGate.EU
The contract is in effect after order confirmation has been sent.
General terms of sales
By using this website and placing an order at PyroGate.EU you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This website, with all its contents, is intended solely for consenting adults.
By placing an order at PyroGate.EU you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations before ordering. We do not encourage the illegal use of our products. We strongly advise you to consult your lawyer, if you have any doubts.
Payments
We accept the following for methods of payment:
– SEPA international bank transfers
– online card payments which will be processed through platform GP Webpay
Making of order

Return of goods
The goods have to be returned undamaged with original packaging.
Return shipments are only acceptable with prior authorization from Seller.
A return of goods has to be arranged with Seller prior of the return shipment, in order to arrange for a economical way of transport. COD shipments will not be accepted by Seller.
A return of products is not possible if the following cases happened:
– products that have been especially ordered for the customer
– products that have been especially produced or redesigned for the customer
– products that have been modified or changed by the customer
Refund
Within two weeks after the return of the goods Seller will reimburse the amount to you.
Privacy
Seller declares that all personal data are confidential and will only be used for the execution of the contract with the Buyer and these data will not be made public or provided to third parties etc. with the exception of data needed for transportation of the goods or the method of payment concerning the goods ordered (use of name and shipping address).
Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1. 1. 2021 and supersede all previous provisions and practices. The Seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions without previous notice.
